Europe & EEA Orders
At BARYQ, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a smooth, fair, and transparent customer experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to handle every request with professionalism and clarity.
Claims & Reporting Issues
If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may submit a claim within 14 days of receiving your order. For lost shipments, claims must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.
If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will fully cover all associated costs, including reshipping or refunds where applicable.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason — except for items that are personalized or made to order. To exercise this right, customers must notify us before returning any item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- — Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after your request is approved.
Address & Unclaimed Shipments
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders unclaimed for more than 30 days may no longer be eligible for refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request is confirmed, in accordance with EU regulations. Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable law.
